Shannon Hill
Shannon has 20 years of experience in education, career counselling, assessment, facilitation, and job development. For 12 years, she was a school-based Support Counsellor with the Durham District School Board. In addition to individual counselling, she designed and implemented group programs for high school and elementary students in partnership with community agencies.
She has facilitated group programs on employment preparation for cooperative education students, stress management, and anger management. She coordinated a high school career resource centre and founded school-wide volunteer and leadership programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Education from Brock University.

Nicole Koss
Nicole specializes in youth services with more than five years experience in youth career counselling, workshop facilitation, peer mediation, event planning, job development and vocational evaluation.
She created and implemented an eight-week self-esteem workshop for young women to teach life skills and steps to maintaining a high level of self-worth. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Concordia University and a Career and Work Counsellor Diploma from George Brown College. |

Robert Cairney
Rob has held several teaching positions at the Peel School Board including Teaching Assistant and Behavioural Teaching Assistant. In addition to teaching in regular classrooms, Rob worked closely with special needs students and was part of a pilot project to help autistic students transition into mainstream classrooms.
Rob brings great skills and insight in identifying alternate learning strategies, as well as helping students manage peer pressure and the daily stresses of school life. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (Honours) specializing in education, multiculturalism, ethnicity and diversity. |
